NeonNook Refund and Return Policy

Welcome to NeonNook. We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products, request exchanges, or obtain store credit, in compliance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must have been purchased within the last 14 days. It should be in its original packaging and condition, with all tags attached. Additionally, the item must not have been used, worn, or altered in any way.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, personalized or custom-made items, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, navigate to the Order Section under your account and click on the order you wish to return. Select the Return Option located in the top-right corner. Choose the reason for the return or specify the items you want to return, then submit your request.
Once your submission is complete, our team will review it and respond within 24-48 hours. Please monitor your email for updates. The order status will also be updated once a decision has been made. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories, and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, contact our support team at support@neonnook.ca or initiate the exchange process through your account. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.
Store Credit
If the original payment was made using a gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
